The swimming twins look like rejects from X-Files casting, the ballerina looks like she could be Alec's (from Shriners) sister, and the third is just a cartoon character come to life. Apparently, he has many issues with other clients files also. My accountant is even pissed at them for how they do business. Intuit basically shut the download from financial institution feature off, to force people like me and you to buy it again. You are forced to purchase the program every three years, even though basic principles of accounting have not changed in hundreds of years. Now I have spend the $400 to use the program once a year and add yet another upgrade to my office shelf. They told me my files were corrupted and they could fix it for $800. Quickbooks 2017 is no longer supporting downloading financial information, and I have to upgrade, but they don't tell you that on the phone. I hung up, saved transactions directly to a usb stick from bank, and went to my accountant who is running QB2020. I got on phone with quickbooks and they told me for $800 they could upgrade me and fix my data to make it work.
It was the one feature I actually used and liked about 2017. I attempted to download my bank transactions last week into windows 2017. Yet I, (everyone) am forced to purchase the program every 3 years. I have other programs and service companies for that purpose. I don't want it for, or use it for invoicing, billing, estimating, or payroll. I hate quickbooks! I, and sounds like you, use it to input all of my business checks, to provide in a format my accountant can use. I've been using Quickbooks for at least 20 years now and have versions all the way back to 2000 in my office.
